Lucamaleonte 2015 Catania

The work of Lucamaleonte portraits the naturalistic view of an impressive location not widely known to the people of Catania: “The Chestnut of one hundred horses”, an ancient tree that located inside the park of Etna in the territory and in the arms of the Municipality of Sant’Alfio, connected to a story that tastes like a legend. An ancient tree big enough to shelter during a thunderstorm a queen and her entire court of one hundred knights.
